Bila ~~~

Bila... bila dan bila.. itu soalan normal yg aku terima lepas kawen. kdg2 rasa semak dan nk marah. tp apakn daya yg tanya tu org tua2. so, jwb jela nicely...klu dah tk mmpu jwb senyum saje... well, senyuman kan mampu mengalahkan musuh.. hehehehe... ~~~ bukan aku ckp tau. ustaz azhar idrus yg ckp. (klu org kata tkmo cyer, klu ustaz ckp dan2 telan sebijik2...) biasa la manusia katakan... normal la tu..

kalau blk kpg.. sure deme akn tnya.. bila nk peknen? aku senyum jew. (maksudnyer mmg mls nk lyn la tu) hahaha... 



~~~ ade ke org yg tkmo ank? mestilah nak! tp masa blm sampai maaaaa.... lgpon klu dh de tk kn nk bgtau kt org kpg kot? bkn sedara mara pon? yg pelik sedara mara tak tnya org lain kecoh lebih2.. hik3.. kalau peknen? mmg pon tkkn bgtau gk kt diorg hahhaa... jaat kan3.. :P

So.. far.... BILA yg paling tensen nk jwb adalah bila nak ade anak la.. terasa cam artis plak bila sume org asik tnya soalan yg sama.. dioarg ingt buat anak tu sonang kot?

tp takpe... anggapkn je setiap kali de org tanya tu cam doa la... tak mulih marah2... nnti rezeki berat... rezeki byk cabang.

Sakit gusi ~~~ gigi baru naik.. :(


Hari ni sgt rasa terseksa bila ade gigi br nk naik.. bengkak pipi sebelah gara2 gigi nk naik.. adui... dah kwen br nk tumboh gigi.. :'( sakitnyer tuhan je yg mengerti... adeh.... 

Gigi bungsu ~~~ adalah gigi geraham ketiga yang muncul pada usia sekitar 18-30 tahun.


huk3... nk mkn pon sakit.. even nk nganga mulut pon susah.. sakit sgt.. umo 25thn br gigi tumbuh.. cianyer utk diri sendiri..

hari ni mood kureng baik la sket.. yela, bunyik kuat pon blh menyebabkan gusi kembali berdenyut.. 

semoga cepat semboh, klu nk kuar.. kuar ajelah terus.. :(
takmo kuar then stop... nnti2 kuar lg.. mmg la sakit..

Acne problem? What are they trying to tell you?


1 & 2: Digestive System — Eat less processed or junk food, reduce the amount of fat in your diet, step up water intake and opt for cooling things like cucumbers.

3: Liver — Cut out the alcohol, greasy food and dairy. This is the zone where food allergies also show up first, so take a look at your ingredients. Besides all this, do 30 minutes of ligh


t exercise every day and get adequate sleep so your liver can rest.

4 & 5: Kidneys — Anything around the eyes (including dark circles) point to dehydration. Drink up!

6: Heart — Check your blood pressure and Vitamin B levels. Decrease the intake of spicy or pungent food, cut down on meat and get more fresh air. Besides this, look into ways to lower cholesterol, like replacing “bad fats” with “good fats” such as Omegas 3 and 6 found in nuts, avocados, fish and flax seed. Also, since this area is chock-full of dilated pores, check that your makeup is not past its expiry date or is skin-clogging.

7 & 8: Kidneys — Again, drink up! And cut down on aerated drinks, coffee and alcohol as these will cause further dehydration.

Zone 9 & 10: Respiratory system — Do you smoke? Have allergies? This is your problem area for both. If neither of these is the issue, don’t let your body overheat, eat more cooling foods, cut down on sugar and get more fresh air. Also keep the body more alkaline by avoiding foods that make the body acidic (meat, dairy, alcohol, caffeine, sugar) and adding more alkalizing foods like green veggies and wheatgrass juice. Another thing that most of forget – dirty cell phones and pillow cases are two of the top acne culprits and this area is what they affect the most!

Zone 11 & 12: Hormones — This is the signature zone for stress and hormonal changes. And while both are sometimes unavoidable, you can decrease their effect by getting adequate sleep, drinking enough water, eating leafy veggies and keeping skin scrupulously clean. Another interesting point: breakouts in this area indicate when you are ovulating (and on which side).

Zone 13: Stomach — Step up the fibre intake, reduce the toxin overload and drink herbal teas to help with digestion.

14: Illness — Zits here can be a sign that your body is fighting bacteria to avoid illness. Give it a break, take a yoga class, take a nap, take time to breathe deeply, drink plenty of water and know that everything always works out!

suka giler mkn petai since pindah dok kedah.. in fact belajar gak mkn cencaluk, budu belacan, kopok lekor dll.. sedap... huhu.. ~~~ pelik punyer selera kn3.. 

 abah ajar wat..
abah ckp jgn rebus kang bijik dia tak rapuh. so abah ckp, masak air panas tuang kt petai + garam.
ilang panas, ganti air panas br (3kali).

 bila dia dh masak kulit tukar color.. blh picit kulit utk kuarkan isi.
sonang je dia kuar :P.. kalau susah kuar tu mean blm siap lg la..

taraaaaaa.... final touch.... masak air garam, letakkn dia dlm air tu.. :)
dlm 2 3 hari nnti blh mkn dah.. nk mkn jgn lupa cuci dulu air garam nanti kena darah tinggi lak :P
